Website and General Disclaimer

Effective Date: 27 August 2026 · Last Updated: 27 August 2026

1. About this Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to the websites, ICA Pro membership, Affiliate Program, member areas, software tools, resources, training, content and related online services operated by LR Mobi, registration number 2026/174534/07, trading as Ideal Client Alliance (“ICA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Disclaimer should be read together with ICA’s applicable Terms of Use, Affiliate Program Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or override any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

2. General information

ICA provides online tools, resources, software, automation, training and information intended to assist members and businesses with areas such as marketing, business operations, content, lead generation and related activities.

Information made available through ICA is provided for general informational, educational and business-support purposes.

ICA does not represent that every strategy, tool, recommendation, template or method will be suitable for every person or business.

Users remain responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether and how to apply it to their own circumstances.

3. No professional advice

Unless ICA expressly agrees otherwise in writing, information provided through ICA does not constitute:

  • legal advice;
  • tax advice;
  • accounting advice;
  • financial advice;
  • investment advice; or
  • other regulated professional advice.

Where a decision may have legal, financial, tax, accounting or regulatory consequences, users should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

ICA tools and educational material are not a substitute for professional advice specific to a user’s circumstances.

4. No guarantee of business results

ICA develops tools and systems intended to help users perform certain marketing and business activities more efficiently.

However, ICA does not guarantee that use of ICA, ICA Pro, any software tool, strategy, training, automation or Affiliate opportunity will result in:

  • a particular number of leads;
  • increased sales;
  • customers or clients;
  • increased revenue;
  • business growth;
  • profit;
  • commissions;
  • a particular return;
  • employment;
  • business success; or
  • any other specific commercial result.

Business results depend on numerous factors outside ICA’s control, including the user’s actions, experience, offer, market, audience, pricing, competition, execution and external platform conditions.

Statements describing how a tool may help save time, improve processes, generate leads or support marketing describe the intended function or potential benefit of the tool, not a guarantee of a particular commercial result.

5. No earnings guarantee

Any reference to income, earnings, commissions, sales, revenue or business results is illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

There is no guarantee that a member or Affiliate will earn any amount.

Affiliate earnings depend on actual qualifying transactions attributed and approved in accordance with the applicable Affiliate Program Terms.

Past results, examples and individual experiences do not guarantee future results.

Each person’s results may differ substantially.

6. ICA is not an investment

ICA Pro and the ICA Affiliate Program are not investment products or investment schemes.

Payment for ICA Pro is payment for membership access, services, tools and related benefits made available under the applicable membership terms.

Affiliate commissions are compensation connected to qualifying customer transactions under the Affiliate Program and are not interest, investment returns or guaranteed financial returns.

ICA does not accept money from members for investment on their behalf through the ICA Pro Affiliate Program.

No person is authorised to market or represent ICA Pro as an investment opportunity or as a guaranteed method of generating income.

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in the ICA Affiliate Program is governed by the separate Affiliate Program Terms of Use.

Affiliate status does not guarantee commissions or payment.

A referral link, click, lead, prospect or membership interest does not by itself create a commission entitlement.

Commission eligibility is determined according to the Affiliate Program Terms and ICA’s verified attribution, transaction and commission records.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as creating an Affiliate commission entitlement inconsistent with the applicable Affiliate Program Terms.

8. Testimonials, case studies and examples

ICA may display testimonials, examples, demonstrations, case studies, user experiences or results achieved by particular individuals or businesses.

These are intended to illustrate individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that another user will achieve identical or similar results.

Where hypothetical figures or examples are used, they are for illustration and explanation only unless clearly identified as verified actual results.

Individual outcomes depend on the user’s own circumstances and execution.

9. Software, automation and digital tools

ICA may provide software, automated systems, templates, calculators, content tools, marketing tools or other digital functionality.

These tools are intended to assist users rather than replace their judgment.

Users should review important outputs before relying on, publishing, sending or implementing them.

ICA does not guarantee that every software-generated output will always be:

  • error-free;
  • complete;
  • suitable for a particular purpose;
  • compatible with every external platform;
  • continuously available; or
  • appropriate to a user’s particular circumstances.

Users remain responsible for their final use of generated or suggested content and for ensuring that their own business activities comply with applicable law and platform rules.

10. Automated and AI-assisted outputs

Where an ICA service uses automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted functionality, outputs may be generated from algorithms, models, supplied information or third-party technologies.

Automated or AI-assisted outputs may occasionally contain errors, incomplete information, outdated information or unsuitable suggestions.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment and independently verify information where accuracy is important.

AI-assisted output should not be treated as professional legal, tax, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

ICA does not guarantee that automated output will achieve a specific marketing or business result.

11. User responsibility

ICA provides tools and resources, but the user remains responsible for how those tools and resources are used.

Users are responsible for:

  • reviewing content before publishing or distributing it;
  • ensuring statements made to customers or prospects are truthful;
  • complying with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules;
  • obtaining required marketing consent;
  • respecting privacy and data-protection requirements;
  • complying with third-party platform rules;
  • protecting their account credentials; and
  • making their own business and commercial decisions.

Nothing in this section transfers to a consumer responsibility that applicable law places on ICA and that cannot lawfully be transferred.

12. Third-party platforms and services

ICA may integrate with, link to or depend on services operated by third parties.

These may include payment providers, hosting providers, authentication services, social networks, communications platforms or other technology providers.

ICA does not control the independent operation, availability, policies, approval processes or business decisions of third-party platforms.

A third-party provider may change:

  • its features;
  • APIs;
  • pricing;
  • policies;
  • account requirements;
  • access rules;
  • content rules;
  • technical specifications; or
  • availability.

ICA cannot guarantee that an external service or integration will remain available indefinitely or that a third party will approve or maintain a user’s account, application, content or access.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

13. Third-party links

ICA websites or member resources may contain links to websites or resources operated by other parties.

A link does not automatically constitute an endorsement, guarantee or assumption of responsibility for the third party or its products, services, information, security or privacy practices.

Users should review the relevant third party’s own terms, policies and information before entering into transactions with it.

14. Information accuracy

ICA takes reasonable care when preparing and maintaining its content and services.

However, business practices, technologies, laws, platform requirements, prices and third-party services can change.

ICA therefore does not guarantee that every piece of general information available through the Site will remain permanently current or applicable to every circumstance.

Where ICA becomes aware of a material error in information it controls, it may correct or update that information.

Nothing in this section permits ICA to make false, misleading or deceptive representations or removes any obligation imposed by applicable consumer law.

15. Service availability

ICA may need to maintain, update, repair, secure or change its systems from time to time.

Online services can also be affected by circumstances such as:

  • internet failures;
  • hosting interruptions;
  • payment-provider outages;
  • third-party service interruptions;
  • maintenance;
  • security incidents;
  • software faults; or
  • events beyond ICA’s reasonable control.

ICA does not promise uninterrupted availability of every feature at every moment.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer right or remedy arising where ICA fails to provide a service to the standard required by applicable law.

16. Important limitation of liability notice

This section limits ICA’s liability in circumstances where the law permits liability to be limited. It does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LR Mobi, Ideal Client Alliance and their directors, officers, employees, contractors and authorised representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential commercial loss arising solely from a user’s reliance on general informational or educational content, individual business decisions or the independent acts or failures of third-party services.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for:

  • fraud;
  • fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • wilful misconduct;
  • gross negligence where liability may not lawfully be excluded;
  • liability that applicable consumer law prohibits ICA from excluding; or
  • any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

Any limitation of liability must be read subject to applicable South African consumer law and other mandatory law.

17. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to:

  • waive a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008;
  • avoid an obligation imposed on ICA by that Act;
  • override rights arising under applicable electronic-commerce legislation;
  • deprive a person of a mandatory statutory remedy; or
  • impose an unfair, unreasonable or unjust contractual term.

Where applicable law gives a user greater protection than this Disclaimer, the applicable mandatory legal protection prevails.

18. Relationship with other ICA legal documents

This Disclaimer forms part of ICA’s broader legal framework.

The Affiliate Program Terms of Use govern Affiliate participation, attribution, commission, payout and related Affiliate rights and obligations.

The applicable Terms of Use or Membership Terms govern contractual use of ICA services and membership.

The Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of personal information.

This Disclaimer explains the limitations and expectations applicable to general information, business results, tools, software, automation, third-party services and related content.

If there is an inconsistency concerning a specific contractual matter, the legal document specifically governing that matter will apply, subject always to mandatory applicable law.

19. Changes to this Disclaimer

ICA may update this Disclaimer where reasonably necessary because of changes in its services, technology, business operations, applicable law or third-party platforms.

The current version will display its most recent “Last Updated” date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or acceptance of a material contractual change, ICA will comply with those requirements.
